Michael Sung

Michael Sung currently serves as President of The Norfolk Corporation, charged with the company’s corporate strategy and financial planning. He also serves as Vice President of Presidio Investments, a Los Angeles-based firm that invests private equity into commercial real estate. His responsibilities include sourcing acquisitions and asset management of the company’s portfolio.

Michael is a fourth generation Vancouverite, attending St. George’s for both elementary and high school. He played for St. George’s basketball teams from Grade 5 on, and his basketball memories remain some of his fondest. In fact, Michael counts his role on St. George’s first BCHSBBA qualifying team as one of his proudest achievements.

Michael attended Pomona College in Claremont, California and graduated with a B.A. in Politics, Philosophy and Economics. He also played two years of basketball before switching to the school’s championship rugby team. Recently, Michael graduated with his M.B.A. from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. He currently resides in Los Angeles, but maintains strong ties to B.C. through his involvement with the Metro Vancouver Basketball Foundation Board of Directors, alma mater activities through St. George’s, and other philanthropic organizations.
