Set-Up THURSDAY August 10 9am – 1pm (4 hours)
Teardown SUNDAY August 13 5pm – 9pm (4 hours)
Location: Kitsilano Beach (Vancouver, BC, Canada)

Volunteer Roles Available: “Our experts will guide volunteers”
- Event Setup and Teardown: Assist with setting up sport and arts areas, equipment, signage, and other event infrastructure. Help with teardown and cleanup after the event.
- Registration and Check-in: Welcome participants, distribute event materials, and ensure smooth check-in processes.
- Field Marshals: Help coordinate games/matches, guide participants, and ensure fair play and adherence to event rules.
- Hospitality and Refreshments: Assist with providing refreshments, managing water stations, and supporting participants and spectators.
- First Aid and Safety: Help ensure the safety of participants, respond to any medical emergencies, and provide first aid assistance if needed.
- Social Media and Promotion: Capture memorable moments, share updates on social media platforms, and assist with promoting the event online.

Note: Volunteers must be 12 years old or older.
