The 2011 Basketball Classic: 12 Years and Counting!

It’s back! The Basketball Classic returns for it’s 12th year, preparing b-ball players and fans everywhere for the new season. Join us December 5 – 10, 2011 !

The Basketball Classic is the largest annual pre-season high school basketball competition in North America as it involves over 2,000 athletes and 150 school teams. To add, TELUS, HSBC and others donate $100,000 each year towards approximately 30 scholarships. This allows the tournament to award the extra exemplary, sportsmanlike and complete players and coaches in the tourney.

The event focuses on competitive basketball, but also includes many other Divisions such as Cheerleading, First Nations and Wheelchair. Dance competitions, free throw contests and raffle draws are also a part of this huge event. There is something for everyone!
